The 2024-25 Spending Plan: Judiciary and Criminal Justice

Sep 10, 2024 - These funds are being loaned from unspent monies that support the board ’s Proposition  64 Public Health and Safety Grant Program. $75  million augmentation in 2024-25 and ongoing from the newly created Gun Violence Prevention and School Safety fund, which receives revenues from a new firearm and ammunition tax.
