The 2023-24 Budget: Proposed Budget Solutions in Transportation Programs

Feb 13, 2023 - Under IIJA, the state ‑used portion is expected to be augmented by $5.1  billion over the five ‑year period, or about $1  billion annually. Caltrans plans to use most of this funding for SHOPP projects.
