Sep 7, 2023 - Both Family Medicine Physicians and Psychiatrists have turnover rates (9.2  percent and 8.7  percent, respectively) that are above the state average. In addition, for both occupations, voluntary separations are the leading cause of turnover —accounting for more than 60  percent of the turnover in both cases.
