Oct 24, 2022 - Of the $77.2  million for DHCS, $57  million is to be provided directly to counties for the implementation of CARE Court. In 2022-23, the majority of this local assistance funding will go to the first cohort of counties (Glenn, Orange, Riverside, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, and San Francisco) that must implement the CARE Court Program no later than October 1, 2023.
