Feb 9, 2022 - The program received nearly 40  applications requesting $120  million in resources. As Cal ICH reviews applications, their scoring system prioritizes funding for applications that (1)  demonstrate a commitment to collaborate with local and state partners to resolve encampment issues; (2)  address encampments with 50 or more occupants; and (3)  reflect a diverse range of communities across the state, including rural, urban, and suburban communities.
