Sep 26, 2022 - This amount consists of $18  million from the General Fund for four projects (Butte Juvenile Hall, Monterey Fort Ord, San Bernardino Juvenile Dependency, and Shasta Redding) and $220 million in lease revenue bond authority for three projects (Lake Lakeport, Mendocino Ukiah, and Stanislaus Modesto).

Feb 17, 2022 - Local law enforcement agencies receiving grants would be requi red to provide a 10  percent match for any awarded state funds. According to the administration, the intent of these local gun buyback programs is to safely get guns off the street and dispose of them as well as promote awareness of gun and youth violence.
