Review of the Funding Determination Process for Nonclassroom-Based Charter Schools

Feb 29, 2024 - If a school receives full funding, all of its nonclassroom ‑based ADA counts towards key funding calculations, including the school ’s LCFF  allotment and lottery ‑based apportionment. SBE  may reduce funding determinations to either 85  percent or 70  percent of full funding —meaning 85  percent or 70  percent of a school ’s ADA is counted in the applicable funding  calculations.
