MOU Fiscal Analysis: Bargaining Unit 12 (Craft and Maintenance)

Jun 27, 2025 - Under the current MOU, the state and Unit 12 members each are scheduled to contribute one-half of the normal cost —calculated to be 4.1  percent of pay —to prefund retiree health benefits in 2025-26.
