The 2020-21 Spending Plan: Health Budget and Policy

Oct 15, 2020 - The budget-related legislation extends QASP through 2022, at the same annual level of total funding ($88  million). After 2022, the QASP will be eliminated. The department is directed to convene a stakeholder process by September 1, 2021 to develop a successor supplemental payment or similar quality-based payment methodology to replace QASP following its expiration.
