For example, the report found that the elevators in the Elihu Harris building to be in “fairly good shape ” due to above average maintenance at the facility, and recommended budgeting for modernization within 3 t o 5 years given that parts could become more scarce in the coming years.

The 2021-22 Budget: Overview of the Governor's Budget

Jan 10, 2021 - In addition, a law enacted last June requires the state to make a $2.3  billion supplemental payment on top of the guarantee in 2021 ‑22. Including this payment, total Proposition  98 funding for schools and community colleges in 2021 ‑22 is $88.1  billion —$60.8  billion from state General Fund and $27.3  billion from local property tax revenue.
