Feb 26, 2019 - Second, the state received a $ 929  m illion grant from the federal High ‑Speed Intercity Passenger Rail program in 2010 (commonly referred to as the FY10 Federal Grant), which expires at the end of 2022 and requires a state match of $ 360  m illion.
