May 14, 2018 - For example, if trends ob served since 2016 ‑17 were to continue, we estimate the families and children caseload would decline by about 3  percent in 2018 ‑19 and the total Medi-Cal caseload would be closer to 13.2  million, a little more than 1  percent lower than assumed in the May Revision.
