Feb 19, 2025 - As  shown in Figure  3 , the amount of criminal fine and fee revenue deposited into the DNA Identification Fund has steadily declined from a peak of $69  million in 2013 ‑14 to $38  million in 2023 ‑24 (a decline of 45  percent).
