Feb 11, 2026 - The lease will not be extended as the building is expected to be sold. Of this amount, $4.6  million would be used to relocate 17 courtrooms into six existing courthouses. The remaining $6.3  million would be used for the preliminary plans and working drawings phase of a project to renovate the existing Chatsworth Courthouse to build out six  courtrooms.

Feb 11, 2026 - As shown in Figure  3, DROS Special Account revenues often fluctuate from year to year, generally reflecting changes in fee levels and the number of firearms sold. DROS Special Account expenditures routinely exceeded revenues prior to 2019-20 —resulting in the decline of the fund balance.
