Oct 7, 2020 - This decrease primarily reflects the expiration of the following one-time funding provided in 2019 ‑20: (1) $1  billion in lease revenue bond funding to construct the Richards Boulevard Office Building Complex in Sacramento and (2) $1  billion for personal protective equipment and other purchases related to the state ’s response to the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) emergency.

Jan 13, 2020 - Most significantly, the Governor proposes to: ( 1)  t o establish a uniform statewide schedule of prices at which drugs would have to be sold and ( 2)  h ave the state contract with drug manufacturers to create its own brand of generic drugs that would be available for purchase statewide.
