Jun 14, 2019 - At the tim e —using a valuation as of June 30, 2014 —the normal cost for Unit  6 —was estimated to be $185.5  million. In a subsequent valuation that the administration provided to us (as of June 30, 2015), the normal cost for Unit  6 was estimated to be $198.9  million.
