Mar 6, 2025 - As shown in the figure, the growth rate declined steadily from 2016-17 through 2020-21. Despite this declining growth rate , the caseload continued to grow during this period. The caseload then began to grow at a faster rate over the following years, reaching a growth rate of 7.1  percent in 2023-24.
