The 2019-20 Budget: Transportation Proposals

Feb 26, 2019 - The Governor ’s budget proposes a total of $ 666  m illion in 2019 ‑20 for HSRA, a decrease of $ 944  m illion (or 59  p ercent) below the estimated level of funding in 2018 ‑19. The reduction primarily reflects $ 677  m illion in one ‑time funding provided in 2018 ‑19 for local “bookend ” projects.
