The 2021-22 Spending Plan: Health

Oct 22, 2021 - The spending plan includes $26,000 General Fund in 2021 ‑22 and $52,000 General Fund in 2022 ‑23 and ongoing to maintain the California Safe Cosmetics Program database and to implement Chapter  315 of 2020 (SB  312, Leyva), which increases the number and types of fragrances and flavor ingredients that must be reported to CDPH beginning January 1, 2022.
