Sequestering Savings From the Closure of Developmental Centers

The lease stipulated that units would be reserved first for Fairview DC employees and it also reserved a certain share for DDS consumers transitioning from Fairview DC into community living situations.

Nov 15, 2017 - DDS will operate at least five of these “safety net ” facilities (which could serve up to 25 people in total at one time) and two mobile crisis units incurring ongoing state costs.
