Jul 10, 2025 - In 2021, the most recent year for which we have injury data, we estimate that 3,500 workers suffered workplace injuries of this severity. Coincidentally, roughly the same number of workers have filed SIBTF claims annually in recent years.

Jun 16, 2025 - Caseload Generally Increased Month Over Month Beginning September 2021. After beginning to increase in late 2021, caseload reached about 360,000 households at the end of 2023 ‑24 (an increase of about 25  percent relative to August 2021).

Retail Theft in California: Looking Back at a Decade of Change

Jun 12, 2025 - Subsequently, retail theft rebounded between 2021 and 2023. Over the entire ten ‑year period —2014 to 2023 —reported retail theft increased by about 11  percent, though some counties experienced differing trends.
