The 2025-26 Budget: Proposition 98 Guarantee and K-12 Spending Plan

Feb 13, 2025 - The budget also includes $15  million for one or more county offices of education to provide training to develop literacy coaches and reading specialists. $379   Million for LREBG. The state provided $7.9   billion for the LREBG in the 2022 ‑23 budget to mitigate the learning loss and social disruption students experienced during the pandemic (see box below).

The 2025-26 Budget: California State University

Feb 25, 2025 - From 2019 through 2023, the median gross rent in Sacramento County increased at an average annual rate of 7.5  percent. In 2023, the median gross rent in Sacramento County was $1,702. Though Fellows may be able to find less expensive rent and share housing, spending $1,000 per month on rent and utilities would equate to 31  percent of their paycheck.
