Sep 17, 2020 - At its peak decline, total VMT in April 2020 was 41  percent lower than April of the previous year. While VMT increased in the subsequent months, VMT in June was still down 14  percent when compared to June 2019.

Feb 10, 2020 - As show in Figure  8 , between 2004 and 2018, pedestrian fatalities grew by 31  p ercent and bicyclist fatalities grew by 41  p ercent. (At the time of this writing, Caltrans had not provided annual historic information regarding the number of fatalities specifically on the SHS.)
