Jan 19, 2021 - Credit report data compiled by the Federal Reserve and included in Figure  5 shows that mortgage delinquencies among California homeowners remained low in 2020. Specifically, 5 i n every 1,000 California homeowners were more than 90 ‑days late on their mortgage during the third quarter of 2020.
