Oct 7, 2025 - The Speaker of the Assembly, Senate President pro Tempore, and minority leaders of the Assembly and Senate would each appoint one member. Board members could serve two four-year terms. The board would process applications from interested students, manage student accounts, verify the eligibility of participating private schools, and determine the list of approved educational vendors.
