The 2025-26 California Spending Plan: Proposition 98 and K-12 Education

Nov 10, 2025 - The remaining $10  million is for the UC, San Francisco Dyslexia Center to continue to expand the capacity of the Multitudes reading difficulties screening tool. Multitudes is one of four approved screening tools that may be used for literacy screenings, and this screener is currently available to schools free of charge.
