Oct 1, 2021 - The budget act includes $5  billion from the General Fund for transportation programs. Of this amount, $3.3  billion was budgeted for various CalSTA ($2.5  billion) and Caltrans ($800  million) programs on the condition that subsequent legislation be enacted by October 10, 2021 to allocate these funds.
