The 2025-26 budget provided $142  million in Proposition  2 bond funding for community college capital outlay projects. Of this amount, $55  million was for the preliminary plans and working drawings phases of 29 new projects selected using the above scoring system.

The 2026-27 Budget: Department of Developmental Services
