Mar 17, 2026 - State Allocated First Round of Proposition  2 Bond Funds in 2025-26. The 2025-26 budget provided $142  million in Proposition  2 bond funding for community college capital outlay projects. Of this amount, $55  million was for the preliminary plans and working drawings phases of 29 new projects selected using the above scoring system.
