Assessing Community College Programs at State Prisons

Jul 1, 2024 - A first ‑come, first ‑served approach does not take into account whether a student already has a degree or has many years remaining on a sentence. Under this approach, students close to release who do not yet have a degree could be crowded out by students who already have a degree and/or have a significant amount of time left on their sentences.
