Sep 23, 2021 - No grant may exceed 30  percent of the annual allocation, or $36  million, in 2021 ‑22. Homeless Hiring Credit Employers Can Claim Credits for Hiring Workers Who Are Homeless. The budget bill includes a new personal or corporate (depending on the employer ’s organizational form) income tax credit for employing workers who are homeless or formerly homeless.
