Assessing Community College Programs at State Prisons

Jul 1, 2024 - Add Performance Component to Funding Formula Used for Incarcerated Students. We  recommend the Legislature replace the existing CCC funding model for incarcerated students, which is based entirely on enrollment, with a model that builds in a performance component.
