Feb 16, 2021 - Accordingly, implementation of this ban on sales of flavored tobacco products will be delayed pending the results of the referendum. As a result, we expect the administration ’s Proposition   56 revenue estimates to be revised upward by around $50 million in 2020‑21 and around $200 million in 2021‑22 at May Revision.
