The 2017-18 Budget: Analysis of Child Care and Preschool Proposals

Mar 16, 2017 - The state provides $50  million for State Preschool QRIS each year, with funding allocated in 2016 ‑17 to 37 local consortia serving 49  counties. These consortia use the funds to evaluate the quality of State Preschool providers and offer additional resources to help providers improve or maintain program quality.
