At key times during the state’s budget cycle, we post tables containing important information about the education parts of the budget. The tables cover Proposition 98, K-12 education, child care and preschool, higher education, and student financial aid. We post tables three main times a year—in January, May, and July. The January tables reflect initial budget proposals and recommendations, the May tables reflect revised budget proposals and recommendations, and the July tables reflect the state’s enacted spending plan.
