University of California Capital Outlay Projects [EdBudget]

Oct 8, 2020 - With one exception, UC will finance the state cost of these projects using university bonds. The annual debt service associated with the new university bonds is estimated to be $32 million. For the Powell Library seismic project, UC will finance the state cost using remaining funds from Propositions 121 (1990), 153 (1992), 203 (1996), 47 (2002), 55 (2004), and 1D (2006).
