Oct 22, 2021 - The spending plan includes $205  million ($105  million Mental Health Services Fund and $100  million Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Fund) one time in 2021 ‑22 to the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC) to provide additional funding to the Mental Health Student Services Act Grant Program, which provides grants to encourage county-school partnerships and increase student access to mental health services.
