Oct 27, 2023 - The measure would increase the limit by the size of the MCO tax fo r four years starting in 2025-26 and could increase taxes subject to the limit beginning as early as 2026-27. After the temporary increase ends, the measure could somewhat increase the chances that the state would eventually collect revenues in excess of the limit.
