Jun 16, 2025 - The second and third largest proportions of cases (relative to other counties) were in San Bernardino (9  percent) and Riverside  (6  percent). County CalWORKs Participation Rates Varied. As previously described, the CalWORKs participation rate is the percentage of all California families (with children under 18) participating in CalWORKs.
