The Governor proposes grants totaling $577  million ($390  million ongoing and $187  million one time) to be allocated to districts based upon their unduplicated counts of low-income students, English learners, and students with disabilities.

For new community schools grantees, the administration indicates annual reporting requirements would begin in 2029 ‑30, when they will be required to submit an implementation plan by December 31, 2029.
