Feb 22, 2016 - Specifically, projections of the pharmaceutical CPI suggest that prices will only increase by 3.8  percent in 2015 –16 and by 3.3  percent in 2016 –17 . Accordingly, these projections suggest that the pharmaceutical budget requires $1.7  million less than proposed by the Governor in 2015 –16 and $4.3  million less in 2016 –17 .
