The 2021-22 Budget: Public School Restrooms Feminine Hygiene Products Mandate

Mar 1, 2021 - As an alternative to the claims ‑based process, the state in 2012 ‑ 13 c reated a K ‑ 12 m andates block grant. The block grant provides upfront per ‑student funding in lieu of submitting claims. Currently, all active K ‑ 12 m andates are included in the block grant.
