The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), signed by the President on March  18, 2020, authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to waive several requirements of existing federal child nutrition programs until September 30, 2020.

Mar 16, 2017 - Revised Plan Shifts Some Funding to New Infant and Toddler QRIS Block Grant. As required, CDE submitted its revised quality expenditure plan to the Legislature in February 2017. As Figure  10 shows, the proposed plan keeps funding flat for most programs, but eliminates one program and creates one new program.
