Jan 10, 2021 - The administration estimates the state is required to make a $747  million deposit in 2020 ‑21 and a $2.4  billion deposit in 2021 ‑22. The total balance of the reserve would be $3  billion, which equates to about 3.5  percent of all funding that would be allocated to schools and community colleges in 2021 ‑22.
