Jan 28, 2022 - To understand how the proposal would impact school districts in a normal year, we simulated LCFF funding levels for 2019 ‑20 as though the proposal had been in place for several years. We found that districts would have been credited with roughly 53,000 students more than current law provides.

Jan 18, 2017 - Over the past 26  years, actual school funding has been higher than the workload –based simulation 13  years and lower the other 13  years. Over the long term, schools have not received notably more or less than they would have received under this traditional budgeting approach.
