Feb 20, 2018 - (We note that the budget also proposes $815,000 for working drawings for the demolition of the existing printing plant.) Renovation of the Bateson Building ($5.2  Million). The budget provides $5.2  million from the General Fund for the performance criteria phase of a project to renovate the Bateson Building —a 215,000 net useable square foot building constructed in 1981.
