Jun 19, 2015 - The budget provides $6 million to increase the part-day State Preschool rate by 1 percent to expand professional development activities for teachers and increase training for parents. The full-day State Preschool rate —which is funded through a combination of the part-day State Preschool rate and a “wrap ” rate —also receives a 1 percent increase for the part-day preschool portion of the rate.
