Federal Paid Leave for Workers Impacted by COVID-19

Mar 27, 2020 - These benefits cover a portion of wages for up to 26  weeks (or 39  weeks under a likely forthcoming federal extension). Second, workers who must care for a sick or quarantined family member may be eligible to take up to 6  weeks leave under the state ’s Paid Family Leave program.
