Jan 25, 2022 - The proposed amount reflects a decrease of $ 355  m illion, or   41  p ercent, compared to projected current ‑year expenditures. The  year ‑to ‑year change largely reflects some one ‑time funds the department received in 2021 ‑22  that are not sustained at the same levels in the 2022 ‑23  proposal, including the $300  million to address brownfields as well as funding related to the Exide  facility.
