Mar 25, 2026 - As Figure  1 shows, Learning Lab ’s ongoing funding has fluctuated somewhat over time. In 2024-25, the state reduced Learning Lab ’s ongoing General Fund to $5.5  million. Assessment of the Strong Workforce Program

Dec 10, 2025 - For nearly 25 years prior to the creation of SWP, CTE had generally been decreasing as a share of total enrollment. As  Figure  6 shows, this trend has since reversed. From  2015 ‑16 (the year before SWP began) to 2024 ‑25, CTE as a share of total enrollment increased from 27  percent to 31  percent.
