Nov 17, 2023 - Proposition 64 revenues are allocated based on specific formulas. A portion of Proposition 64 revenues are used to fund Alternative Payment and General Child Care (GCC) slots. As a result of recent declines in Proposition 64 revenue levels, the spending plan reduces Proposition 64 funding levels for the GCC program by $46 million in 2023‑24.
